FTW-1013 Original Black Centennial Singer Featherweight 221 - Hand Crank Model

This is a classic Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine in the original black that has been thoughtfully modified for off-grid sewing. It is no longer electrical and has been adapted to a smooth hand-crank operation. The bobbin winder has been disengaged, so bobbins must be wound on a separate winder. This special Featherweight comes with 20 prewound bobbins — ten in Sandy and ten in Pearl Gray — plus two spools of matching thread. Also included is a rechargeable cordless LED light that provides over 14 hours of illumination per charge.

This is a Centennial Model, meaning it has the special badge that commemorates the Singer Manufacturing Company’s 100 years in business. The finish on this machine is very shiny with just a few pin scratches. The gold filigree decals are intact and in good condition. It comes with a new carrying case. Sew anywhere, anytime with this uniquely adapted Singer Featherweight!

Our machines come with a carrying case, 5 bobbins, a cleaning brush, a set of screwdrivers and a copy of the instruction booklet. Everything you need to start sewing!
