This is a Singer Model 221K Featherweight sewing machine in the rare “barely celery” color. At the time of manufacture, this color was referred to as green. In 1961 Singer discontinued production of black Featherweights. This new exterior design, along with the new light color was considered a modern upgrade to the Singer classic. These machines have a shorter bed extension and the electrical cord and foot controller are hard-wired into the machine.

This is a lovely white/light celery Singer Featherweight. It is in very good condition with no scratches on the bed. The numbered needle plate facilitates accurate sewing. This machine comes with the original green carrying case. A great buy as these “white” machines are rare and this one is in very good condition.

All of our machines come with a carrying case, 5 bobbins, a cleaning brush, a set of screwdrivers and a copy of the instruction booklet. Everything you need to start sewing!
