Ranell Hansen is our class co-ordinator and long-arm quilter, but did you know she is also into "Quilt Rescue?"
Many people have found a quilt in their mother's attic or in with family mementos that needs some help. Ranell is your gal! She is an expert at putting life back into old quilts.
Virginia Turner brought in 22 squares that her mother had made as a young girl. She really wanted them put together into a quilt.
With Ranell's help, she picked out the beautiful yellow fabric to add to the complete blocks.
Ranell made this beautiful quilt for her and 2 pillows to match. Virginia was overwhelmed with joy and had tears in her eyes when she came in to pick up this beautiful remembrance of her mother.
