The Great Work of Art! The Cutting Counter

This Mosaic Counter is just one great piece of ART! You must come just to see it. We obtained it from a great store in Northern California that was closing, just as we were opening...it was just meant to be.

It was not easy to move, it required 3 different moving companies, determination, and lots of muscle.

It arrived in amazingly good condition, although we did have some work to do on it, just some minor repairs here and there.

Our wonderful customers brought in many things to contribute.

It's a treasure hunt just to find them all.

Among the special gifts we received to add to our counter was Betty Popnoe's High School Ring from 1945...

...a bronzed baby shoe

...special leather buttons from Marilyn Seigel's fathers tailor shop in Los Angeles at the turn of the century

and many many more very special and thoughtful gifts.

We added all of our names too.
